I just got back from 2 weeks in St. Petersburg and had to concentrate to keep from dragging my tongue on the pavement.

Russia is such a large country with so many former territories that is it hard to classify what a Russian girl looks like. Depending on which region you are talking about, she can look as blonde and blue eyed as a Swede or as asian as a girl from the Orient. Some “Russians” also can have dark or olive skin and appear to look more middle-eastern. So in a sense, there isn’t really a “Russian” girl characteristic.

As different as any other, no any particular characteristics exist. I think that mostly everything you hear is just advertising or antiadvertising

I agree with the statement above me ….and my experience has been that American men get excited when they meet eastern european women…and see them as “exotic” in a certain way …I think mostly due to the mail order bride stereotype. But russian ladies come in all shapes, forms, and types….the eastern european girls i know all have a vey good sense of style…but have VERY different physiques, interests, careers, and likes….although i can pick out an eastern european person in the crowd based on features (because i am eastern european)…i don’t think an average american person could do the same….

I think there are two stereotypes – the old one and the new one. The old one most likely came to America with propaganda about communism and brought an image of a muscular human being with no d*ck between legs, who can move a ton of bricks and have to shave her chest late at night. The second stereotype came with the wave of Russian Brides – cute, sexy (sometimes too much for American standards), slim, caring, taking care of herself and others…. Though this image can also come with a grain of salt, especially if you are hooked up on the idea of getting a Russian wife. That would be a woman, who most likely wants to take advantage of the situation and checks your life insurance and you will (at least that’s what you might hear from a bunch of friends and relatives))))

They are most slim, beautiful, cute, kind, sexy, funny… This all i have heard from men (not russian)
